The Villa

The Villa has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is on the first floor offering a double bed with en suite. The Bedroom has French doors leading out onto an extensive patio overlooking the green, you can wake up and walk onto your own patio and relax with a fresh cup of coffee, warm croissant and soak in the sun - heaven. The patio is fully equipped with BBQ, table and chairs for six people, plus two sun loungers for those without the energy to walk to the pool.

Bedroom 2 and 3 are found on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are furnished with single beds and have a shared bath and shower room. Bedroom 2 also offers french windows onto the front garden area.

The Lounge and diner are supported by an American style kitchen. In the kitchen you will find everything one might need on holiday, The Villa has Oven, microwave, washing machine, two fridges and freezer facilities.

The lounge has been furnished to offer comfort to relax after a hard day at the beach, sightseeing or playing golf. We have provided satellite TV offering local channels, Sky, BBC and ITV, hopefully offering something for all the family.

All the rooms offer air condidtioning which offers both warm and cold - ensuring that the cooler nights throughout the winter are also comfortable. The Lounge also has a lovely log fire, which is lovely in the winter months.

The Pool

The Villa offers a beautiful shared private pool. The pool is just a 60 second walk from the Villa, across the Green. The pool has safe swimming for infants and is just right after those sighseeing or golfing days....or for just lounging around. In our experience the pool is never overcrowded, however, the positive side of a shared pool is that our children generally make friends which means I'm totally ignored....ideal.

Eating Out

Whatever your taste you will find something to suit. Within a 5/10 minute leisurely walk of the villa you will find Villamartin Plaza. The Plaza is a central location that houses some 15-20 restaurants. The food on offer is excellent, but not Spanish nor Spanish prices, but affordable. However, be a little more adventurous and you will find some excellent Spanish restaurants at very reasonable prices - as always with Spain, you will find the best in the strangest places. Some examples are provided in the villa with phone numbers and directions.

Rancho Blanco - An established restaurant, direction & details in the villa, providing excellent food - be warned the portions are very generous and it is very easy to over eat.

La Cueva - Found in San Miguel. We enjoy this modern Tapas restaurant. The food is fantastic, if you are adventurous, and very reasonable. The owners are very attentive without being overbearing - gets 10/10 from me.
